For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "ph47" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ph47.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph47 platform in any capacity.

• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ph47 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access real-money games on ph47, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph47 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Account Verification (KYC): ph47 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), a recent proof of address, and a selfie for identity confirmation before withdrawals are processed.

ph47 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph47 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your ph47 account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. You must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: ph47 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider and may take up to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: ph47 applies a return-to-source policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Transaction Limits: ph47 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard. ph47 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph47 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address on file.

ph47 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: ph47 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Modification and Withdrawal: ph47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
• Promotional Eligibility: ph47 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all players. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play.

All games available on the ph47 platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

• Certified RNG: All non-live games on ph47 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ph47 or any player. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph47 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in live games, or sharing account access for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph47 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

All content on the ph47 platform — including but not limited to the ph47 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph47 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph47 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph47 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any ph47 software or content.
• Use the ph47 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent from ph47.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph47 platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of ph47 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph47 actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph47 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph47 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions, including losses incurred during any game session on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond ph47's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the ph47 platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

ph47's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your ph47 account at the time the claim arises.

ph47 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ph47 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting ph47 support with a written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
